Here are some picture from the week-end with Laura...we really spent a terrific time!
Hi again! While Barcelona was turned into a set for violence, fire and vandalism, I was spending a great time with my friend Laura. I knew her in Hurgada, where we were both working as tourists entertainers and now she's living in Italy with her boyfrend but both would like to move to Spain.
Last time a saw her was about two years ago, so I was really happy to spend some time with her!
We also went to tarragona to visit some friends and we had a lot of fun! I hope she'll come back soon with her boyfriend!

...it wasn't supposed to be a big, free, fun party night?...well, this were the results of "macrobotellon" in Barcelona, containers burning in the street, shop windows broken, panic, caos and vandaism...once again something that wanted to be a declaration of freedom turned into a chance to give the worst image and to act as barbarians, and no? Why should people agree in letting young people gather by nith to have some fun? Why should they still trust that we're able to have fun and drink but respect our neighbours and our own city? I really feel ashamed, is always the same story...we don't need to shout, fight and burn to claim our rights, we just have to show that party and respect can go together, but it looks like we're not able to do it. Come on it's time to grow up a little!

Hi everybody! Tonight, in most Spanish cities there'll be a Macro Botellon...In spanish the word bottellon is used to define a gathering of friends in a street or square, usually by night, with alcoholic drinks...this habit was born because this way young people afford money and the weather in Spain, allows it...tonight, in order to let politcs know there is a civil way of behaveing before, during and after having a drink, this Macro Botellon will take place. In Barcelona at the Rmbla del Raval...obviously a lot of police will keep an eye, a big(brother) wide open eye, on it...

Hi! Here are some pick's from Tarragona's Carnaval...it was quite good and the funniest, tender thing was looking at a lot of whole families disguised...This year I may point out the presence of a big number of baby devils, vampires, witches and ghosts...and less Snowhites, princess and so on...

I'd really like to have more friends!!!!! :(((((

Where are all the good friends gone?

Did you feel it too or I'm the only one? Times goes by, people move to other country or get married, you start working...and one day, suddenly, you find out you have no longer this big group of friends and this small group of very-very good friend you used to hang around on saturday afternoons talking, shopping, having a coffee...and it's so difficult to make new friends when you're over 30!!! Why? Do we loose the charm and humour? Or is it that we just turn crusty and lazy?...

Talking again about "street art", if you have the chance to be in Barcelona until the end of February try to find a littel time to visit TVBOY firt exibition in Bcn at Niu, c/ Almogavers 608, a new urban space for urban culture and fun...And take a look at this new blog www.quelcom.org it's newly born but I'm sure that the characteristic minimal but sophisticated atmosphear and the wonderful, striking pictures will drow you in mysterious quelcom world. DONT MISS IT!

Did I ever told you how fond I am, and how much fun I have taking picturs? One year ago a lovely Santa brought me a simple, but handy, digital camera with which I'm now trying to experiment effects without the aid of postpo programs...Here's is one of my "master pieces"...that I dedicate to my lovely, sweet, far but unforgetteable Santa...hug and kisses!

Hello and welcome to my new house! Since October 2005 I'm living in a small, small flat, in the Center of Barcelona, near Palau de la Musica. It's nice but sometimes I feel a little bit lonely...nobody to say "hallo, how was your day" or to talk a little about how hard it is to survive in this big city and how much working really f**kcs! I miss my flat mates, but I still keep in touch with Maria because she is my best friend. Ah, Ah...I forgot to tell you that since July I'm lerning Japanese pottery handmade techniques...I really have a lot of fun and create quite nice things thanks to my lovely teacher Motoko. Here's her web www.motokoaraki.com
