Here are some picture from the week-end with Laura...we really spent a terrific time!
Hi again! While Barcelona was turned into a set for violence, fire and vandalism, I was spending a great time with my friend Laura. I knew her in Hurgada, where we were both working as tourists entertainers and now she's living in Italy with her boyfrend but both would like to move to Spain.
Last time a saw her was about two years ago, so I was really happy to spend some time with her!
We also went to tarragona to visit some friends and we had a lot of fun! I hope she'll come back soon with her boyfriend!

...it wasn't supposed to be a big, free, fun party night?...well, this were the results of "macrobotellon" in Barcelona, containers burning in the street, shop windows broken, panic, caos and vandaism...once again something that wanted to be a declaration of freedom turned into a chance to give the worst image and to act as barbarians, and no? Why should people agree in letting young people gather by nith to have some fun? Why should they still trust that we're able to have fun and drink but respect our neighbours and our own city? I really feel ashamed, is always the same story...we don't need to shout, fight and burn to claim our rights, we just have to show that party and respect can go together, but it looks like we're not able to do it. Come on it's time to grow up a little!

Hi everybody! Tonight, in most Spanish cities there'll be a Macro Botellon...In spanish the word bottellon is used to define a gathering of friends in a street or square, usually by night, with alcoholic drinks...this habit was born because this way young people afford money and the weather in Spain, allows it...tonight, in order to let politcs know there is a civil way of behaveing before, during and after having a drink, this Macro Botellon will take place. In Barcelona at the Rmbla del Raval...obviously a lot of police will keep an eye, a big(brother) wide open eye, on it...
